About Us:
Owner Deirdra Finning is a graduate of Brooks Institute with a major in Industrial Scientific Photography.  She began working for the Department of Defense at Pt. Mugu, CA as a Video Specialist in 1986. During her career at NAWC-Pt. Mugu she actively managed the production of various governmental videos.  In 1990 Deirdra was given the Award of Merit for Group Achievement from the Department of the Navy.  In recognition of her many contributions she was awarded the Sea Range Directorate Employee of the Year from the Department of the Navy in 1994.  In 2003 she was awarded "The Communicator, Award of Excellence" for her involvement with the video "The Fleet asks, PEO(A)Delivers".  Deirdra brings this extensive experience and education to her role as Virgin Moon's President.

In 1996 Deirdra established Virgin Moon to provide professional video services to customers in the Governmental, Corporate and Commercial sectors.  Since then Virgin Moon continues to provide reliable and quality results to all of our clients.

Virgin Moon also supports various non-profit and community service projects by donating our time and services.  Some of the recipients have been Habitat for Humanity, U.S. Dept. of Justice-National Drug Court Institute, Ventura County Arts Council and the "Eyes on Africa" project.
